Whether we are First Peoples, Pasifika, or arrivals to this land old and new, we all deserve a future to believe in - safe from the impacts of climate change, where everyone has what they need to thrive in the place they call home.
But for too long, politicians have allowed billionaire CEOs to unleash climate damage – raking in huge profits from polluting coal and gas exports while our communities suffer from price hikes and increasing unnatural disasters.
We have 10 years to phase out coal and gas in Australia. 10 years to dream into reality a world free of the stranglehold of coal and gas billionaires. It always seems impossible until it’s done.
To do that, we need to grow our movement, build support behind our vision, and help everyone find their reason to take collective action on climate change.
Together, we will change hearts and minds, turn out on the streets, and win a phase out of coal and gas - because we believe a better future is possible.
We are a coalition of climate and social justice organisations based in Australia and the Pacific. Led by those with the most at stake, we’re weaving a national grassroots movement with the power to transform our politics, re-connect our communities and win a phase out of fossil fuels this decade.

Our doors are open to any organisation or group that shares our demands and our values, and wants to make this moment one for the history books.
A core part of the strategy to change the political conditions to make our mission possible is helping people and institutions find their own frontline, their own reason to care and take action with others. There are 3 streams of work to tap into:
Organising – building power in communities through 1:1 conversations and getting institutions to endorse the demands
Campaigning – making the case for an end to coal and gas exports in the media, online and through public speaking to build public and institutional support our demands.
Mobilising – as the world looks to Australia for COP31, we will coordinate historic mobilisations in Adelaide and across the country.
Once you have filled in this form a committee will review your submission and we will get back to you with the next steps.
